Do you accept insurance?
No, I don’t accept insurance. However, I can give you a receipt to submit to insurance for reimbursement. Contact your insurance company to find out if they reimburse for out-of-network medical nutrition therapy.

Do you accept bloodwork results from my doctor?
Yes, I accept and can review any recent bloodwork done in the last 1-2 months when you sign up to work together.
Are you open to collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as my doctor or therapist?
Absolutely! Working with your team of specialist can help me to better guide you on your journey to thriving health. I can work with doctors, personal trainers, chef's and more!
How long do you typically work with clients?
On average, clients work with me and see substantial improvement for a minimum amount of 3 months. This really depends on your goal, current health status, your consistency and commitment to putting in the work. Some clients enjoy the on-going support and will stick with me for over a year! Others will opt for a health check-in every 6-12 months as well.
