Essencia Wellness Nutritionist, Jules Rabelo aims to support and guide individuals to adopt a holistic and healthy way of living. Through education on how to best regain connection with nature and themselves, using scientific & traditional research of natural therapies. We do not intend or claim to diagnose or treat any health condition. Please consult with your medical practitioner for all diagnoses.

Jules completed her qualification at College of Naturopathic Medicine, and currently a board certified holistic practitioner within the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).

We make a record of the medical care we provide and may receive such records from others. We use these records to provide or enable other health care providers to provide quality medical care, to obtain payment for services provided to you as allowed by your health plan and to enable us to meet our professional and legal obligations to operate this medical practice properly. We are required by law to maintain the privacy of protected health information, to provide individuals with notice of our legal duties and privacy practices with respect to protected health information, and to notify affected individuals following a breach of unsecured protected health information.

Payment Terms

Purchasing a service or product from Essencia Wellness involves collection of certain payment and billing data by our third party partners. Data collected may include but is not limited to your name, credit card number, security code, expiration date, billing address and postcode.

By scheduling a free Discovery Call or enrolling as a private client you agree to the following terms:​

Booking Policy

Bookings for Nutrition consultations can be done online via the bookings page, Better Practice booking service.

A confirmation email appointment reminders will be sent within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Upon booking, payment is required and certain payment and billing data will be collected by our third-party partners.

Pricing Policy

Pricing of services may change at any time, and discounted consultations are only available at the lower price during the detailed time of sale.

Cancellation Policy

At Essencia Wellness., we strongly value our client’s time, thus appreciate your mutual respect for ours along with other clients. Taking this in mind, Essencia Wellness. has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations that fall within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation will result in 50% of the total fee.

Appointment Changes

Clients may re-schedule Nutrition consultations up to 12 hours prior to a scheduled appointment. Please contact us directly for appointment changes. Re-scheduling appointments that fall within 12 hours prior to the consultation will be based on the clients discretion, and may result in 50% of the fee. Failure to attend an appointment will unfortunately result in 100% of the fee. 

If for any reason a practitioner cannot attend an appointment due sickness or unforeseen circumstances, the client will be advised as soon as possible. Essencia Wellness offers the client option to re-schedule or a full refund.

Client Intake Forms

Essencia Wellness kindly request new clients complete the Initial Client Intake form for both Nutrition consultations and Infrared sauna sessions 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Client Intake forms will be emailed to clients at the time of booking an initial appointment. In the case when an intake form is not completed prior to the scheduled appointment, it will need to be completed during a consultation at the expense of their own consultation. With consideration and respect for our practitioners and other clients, no extra time will be allocated to compensate for lost time and full consultation fees will be charged.

Consultation Etiquette

We ask that you please return required Initial Client Intake forms 24 hours before your appointment and arrive 5-10 minutes early. This will ensure your Nutrition consultation will run for the full allocated time, as additional time will not be offered to late arrivals, and 100% of the service fee will be charged.

Behaviour

Essencia Wellness will not accept or tolerate any form of aggressive or inappropriate behaviour, comments, or gestures. At the discretion of the practitioner, the consultation will be end immediately and the client will incur 100% of the fee.
