When we move, we support the natural flow of the two main fluids of the body -the blood and lymph.

Both play a critical role in the process of detoxification. 

The Blood System delivers oxygen and nutrients to every part of the body while the Lymph System collects metabolic waste from the blood system.

Without nutrients or oxygen, our cells can't metabolize toxins, and without proper elimination of waste, our cells become acidic and dis-ease ensues.
